Regan was recommended to me by a friend who could not speak highly enough of Regan’s skills as a sleep consultant. At the time, I was the first-time parent of a then four month old, Harper, and I had resigned myself to the fact Harper would only ever sleep 15-30 minutes during the day, and would wake to feed 6-8 times a night. But after 2 weeks of working with Regan, Harper learnt not only how to settle and resettle herself to sleep in her crib (in less than 10 mins!) but also how to sleep independently and soundly for all her naps and night time sleep. I’m talking 3 naps (one a whole 2 hours long) during the day and 12 hours at night (with 1, sometimes 2 feeds) 😎 My husband and I now have our evenings back, and Harper has boundless energy to learn new skills. Regan was endlessly supportive and patient the whole time, even with my type A personality, and has an incredible amount of knowledge about not just sleep, but solids (which we started Harper on with Regan’s help) and baby health. This was by far the best money I spent on bub to date. I cannot recommend Regan highly enough!
