Meet with a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant at your home.

You’ll receive hands-on support and coaching. They’ll show you how to transition your baby to sleep, work on self settling, or re-settling for longer naps or nights.

Your baby's sleep environment, diet, feeding routine, and any health concerns will be considered. Meeting you in person also provides them with the opportunity to observe your baby and their temperament, your interactions, and how they respond to any changes we make.

Our certified consultants draw on their experience from having interacted with hundreds of other babies.

  • Daytime (2 hours) - $349
  • Evening (3 hours) - $399
  • Night (6 hours) – 6pm to midnight - $599
  • Overnight (12 hours) – 6pm to 6am - $899
  • Additional hours - $69/hr
  • Travel costs may apply outside of consultants' 20km radius. All consultations have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.

Who is this for?

Our most comprehensive option. Parents who learn better by being shown rather than being told what to do will find this solution most useful.  For babies with more complex sleep challenges, newborns, or parents experiencing significant stress or sleep deprivation, we recommend this option. Additionally, it is a good option for parents who need a quick solution, e.g. returning to work or having to leave their baby in the care of someone else.
